Adam's knowledge of the likely market and appeal of my property proved to be spot on. He suggested the most likely buyer would be a family living in the local area, and this influenced my advertising spend. We got close to the price we wanted - 13 Sep 2018 Our house was a waterfront executive home of 1980s style in a mixed market. We achieved 20% above the price the other 2 real estate agents we interviewed considered a market price. Selecting an interiors house stylist was more important than we thought.
